Most sites allow Internet email communication and remote access. Johnson IT can configure your site to send regular monitoring reports to Johnson IT HQ.

Johnson IT will review these reports and pro-actively inform the client of impending problems.

If a client site can provide a remote login either via modem, ISDN or through the internet, Johnson IT can remotely administer databases at times convenient to the client or fix immediate issues without the need of a site visit.

This may even be a suitable arrangement for sites that do not require or cannot budget for full-time DBA support. A client can rely on Johnson IT to remotely administer an Oracle database when administrative assistance is needed.
